Building Our Future

For nearly 40 years, The Laureate Academy has specialized in empowering students in Grades 1–12 who face learning challenges such as dyslexia, ADHD, and other learning differences.

Through evidence-based teaching methods, The Laureate Academy has helped students build core academic and organizational skills and gain the confidence needed to thrive in university-preparatory environments.

Laureate is defined by its deep belief in each child’s potential, its commitment to the “whole student,” and its collaborative approach among staff, families, and learners.

The Laureate Association is a newly formed charitable organization created to support the long-term growth and sustainability of The Laureate Academy.

While the Association and the Academy currently operate as two separate entities, the vision is to evolve into a single, unified organization. This structure will be better suited to fulfill the school's mission and support its future growth.

Chad Keuler

Chair

Special Projects Company-Wide Operations Lead for PCL Construction with over 20 years of experience. Chad holds a diploma in Architectural and Building Technologies and is passionate about learning and mentorship.

An active volunteer with Winnipeg Harvest and the Boys and Girls Club. His son, Lucas, attended Laureate, inspiring Chad's deep commitment to the school.

Damiano Coniglio

Treasurer

Retired CFO of Bison Transport Group with extensive experience in corporate finance, acquisitions, and strategic planning. A member of the Manitoba Institute of Chartered Accountants.

Currently focuses on volunteering, studying history, and supporting community groups in East St. Paul.

Kim Gandier

Director

VP of Public Affairs & Marketing with the Manitoba Real Estate Association. Kim specializes in strategic communications and high-impact campaigns.
